This dish is so extremely easy to make and very yummy. It's one of those meals you can just throw in the CrockPot and forget about it for a while. Just make sure when you are browning the meat, not to let that black plastic that the meat is usually resting on to get into the pan. It took me a while to realize that it slid into the pan today. I panicked when I saw cotton underneath my meat after all of the plastic had melted. It still tasted delicious. Hopefully we won't get sick of plastic poisoning or something. It's funny, my header picture could have come true! I actually got this recipe from my older sister who is an extraordinary cook! I hope you enjoy it!

P.S. This always tastes better the next day when the beef shreds even more!

We love Beef Stroganoff at this house. The only thing that could make it better would be to make it ahead in the crock pot. Can't wait to try it!
